Karen S. Young

Karen Young is President and Chief Executive Officer of Jersey Shore State Bank. A financial and customer service veteran with more than 40 years’ experience in leadership roles in banking, she has held a wide range of positions within the industry. Karen has demonstrated a strong track record in initiating and leading change, driving results, strengthening operational risk and compliance, and innovating amid a rapidly evolving digital landscape.  Karen directs the creation and development of teams in the existing markets within the JSSB footprint, as well as building teams in prospective new market areas.

Karen is a graduate of University of Wisconsin-Madison School.
